FAQ About Order Update:

1. When will you process the order?

We process orders within 24-48 hours after the Order Generation.

(Orders generated on holidays and weekends will be carried over to the next business day for shipment)

2. When is the tracking number updated?

We will update the order number within 5 to 10 days after the order is processed. If your order is not updated as promised, please contact us without any hassles.

3. What should we do if the package delivery has exceeded the estimated arrival time.

It is important to note that estimated arrival times may not be accurate.

If it's been more than 5 days, please contact the local shipping carrier first to ask if there is a delivery delay. 

4. What should we do if the system shows a signed receipt but I haven't received any packages.

   At present this has happened mostly with international package ( which is not shipped from local warehouses).

   In this case please contact the local shipping carrier first to ask if there is a delivery error. After talking to carriers to no avail, please have them prepare a Certificate of record to prove you did not receive the package. Send us the record and we will investigate the complaint for you!

Package Tracking

Order tracking information will be updated within 5-10 days after the order is processed. 

Customers can track their orders on the website or through 17track. 

During the COVID-19, many countries adopt non-contact distribution measures. Couriers may leave it directly at your doorstep, mailbox, etc. So be sure to keep track of your package!

Insurance Service For International Order:

To address the increase in the probability of losing international parcels due to the imperfection of the contactless delivery logistics system, FUNLAB has launched the parcel insurance service to reduce the losses caused by lost and missing parcels.

Claims Description:

We will file a complaint with the carrier and investigate the above situation.

For uninsured orders, we only assist with appeals. 

But for insured orders, we will be responsible for the compensation.
